| I. Background | |
| 白细胞介素 7（IL-7）是适应性免疫系统所必需的细胞因子，对 B 细胞发育以及记忆 和初始 T 细胞的增殖和存活以及胸腺中的 T 细胞发育至关重要。IL-7 在许多组织中广泛表 达，包括骨髓、胸腺、淋巴结和脾等淋巴器官，以及皮肤、肺、肠和肝脏等非淋巴部位。 IL-7 主要顺利获得激活 IL-7 受体（IL-7R）来发挥其生物学功能。IL7R 是一种异二聚体， 由 IL-7、IL-7、IL-4、IL-9、IL-15 和 IL-21 等多种细胞因子共有的 IL-7R α链（CD127）和 共同γ链（CD132， IL-2Rγ）组成。IL-7 和 IL-7Rα主要顺利获得激活 JAK、STAT 以及 PI3K- AKT 介导的信号通路来促进细胞存活并抑制细胞凋亡。IL-7 具有很强的免疫调节作用，可 以直接或间接作用于肿瘤细胞，顺利获得增强肿瘤根除或过继免疫来发挥抗肿瘤作用。然而， IL-7 也顺利获得激活下游 JAK/STAT 和 PI3K-AKT 通路具有潜在的促肿瘤作用。 |
