| I. Background | |

CTLA4 是一种 T 细胞共受体，也被称为 CD152。与 CD28 相比，CTLA4 与 B7 家族分 子（包括 CD80 和 CD86）在抗原呈递细胞（APCs）上具有更强的结合亲和力。尽管 CTLA4 与 B7 共刺激受体结合，但它在 T 细胞的活化中起负作用。在 T 细胞受体（TCR） 识别 APC 的主要组织相容性复合体（MHC）呈递的抗原后，T 细胞的 CD28 与 APC 的 B7 结合，顺利获得阻断 T 淋巴细胞反应、减少 T 淋巴细胞增殖、抑制 Treg 淋巴细胞活性、减少细 胞因子分泌，导致 T 细胞活化从而抑制免疫反应。 |
