| AMHR2（抗苗勒管激素受体 2 型）是转化生长因子-β（TGF-β）超家族关键受体，位于染色体 12q13，由 11 个外显子编码 573 个氨基酸的跨膜蛋白，含胞外结合域、跨膜区及 胞内丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶结构域。其核心功能是与抗苗勒管激素（AMH）结合，调控性别 分化：在男性胚胎期，AMH 由睾丸支持细胞分泌，结合 AMHR2 后激活 SMAD 信号通路，促使苗勒管退化，确保男性生殖系统正常发育；女性因缺乏 AMH，苗勒管发育为子宫、输卵管等。 | |
