| DLL4基因编码Delta样蛋白4，是Notch信号通路的关键配体之一。它在血管发育和新生血管形成（血管生成） 中发挥核心作用，顺利获得激活Notch受体调控血管出芽和分支。DLL4在多种实体瘤（如结直肠癌、乳腺癌）中异常高表达，参与肿瘤血管生成和肿瘤干细胞维持，因此成为抗癌药物开发的重要靶点。此外，该基因突变与Adams-Oliver综合征（一种以头皮皮肤缺失和肢体末端畸形为特征的罕见病）相关。 | |
