| I. Background | |

CCR4（又称 CD194、CMKBR4）是编码 CC 趋化因子受体 4 的蛋白编码基因，属于 G 蛋白偶联受体家族的关键成员。该基因主要在 Th2 细胞、调节性 T 细胞（Tregs）等 T 细胞亚群中选择性表达，在 B 细胞、NK 细胞、巨噬细胞中也有少量表达，同时在成人 T 细胞 白血病/淋巴瘤（ATLL）等多种肿瘤细胞中存在高表达。其编码的受体与 CCL17、CCL22 等配体结合后，可激活 ERK、MAPK、PI3K-AKT 等下游通路，调控免疫细胞定向迁移、细胞趋化与活化，参与免疫稳态维持、炎症反应等生理过程。 |
